We’re looking to fulfill the role of Project Coordinator to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards. Duties
- Work closely with Project Manager for wide range of responsibilities
- Help prepare action plans including resources, timeframes, and budgets
- Perform various coordinating tasks such as schedule & risk management
- Various administrative duties including maintaining project documentation & handling financial queries.
- Collaborate with clients & internal teams throughout entire scope of project
Required Knowledge & Experience
- Track record of good time management & communication skills
- Experience in project billing
- Understanding of Certificate of Insurance (COI) and compliance standards in regard to insurance
- Broad construction industry experience
