Project Coordinator

We’re looking to fulfill the role of Project Coordinator to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards. Duties

• Work closely with Project Manager for wide range of responsibilities
• Help prepare action plans including resources, timeframes, and budgets
• Perform various coordinating tasks such as schedule & risk management
• Various administrative duties including maintaining project documentation & handling financial queries.
• Collaborate with clients & internal teams throughout entire scope of project

Required Knowledge & Experience

• Track record of good time management & communication skills
• Experience in project billing
• Understanding of Certificate of Insurance (COI) and compliance standards in regard to insurance
• Broad construction industry experience
